November 2026 Festivals in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon

Contents

Festivals in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Incheon for November 2026, checked as of October 19. November is quieter than October around Seoul: many events start in late October and end in the first week of November, and the rest are mostly indoor fairs. For the rest of Korea, see the November regional festivals post. Last month’s guide is here.

Dates come from official sites, Seoul’s festival portal, the Ministry of Culture festival database and 2026 news. Festivals without a confirmed 2026 date are listed at the end. Photos are freely licensed pictures of past festivals or venues, so this year may look different.
