November 2026 Festivals Around Korea: Gangwon, Chungcheong, Jeolla, Gyeongsang and Jeju

Contents

Festivals outside the Seoul area for November 2026, checked as of October 19. The first week of November is the tail end of chrysanthemum season. After that the calendar turns to seasonal food: kimjang (making winter kimchi), yuja citron, bangeo yellowtail and Jeju tangerines. Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon are in the November capital-area post, and last month’s regional guide is here.

Dates come from official festival sites, the Ministry of Culture festival database, county notices and 2026 news. Photos are freely licensed pictures of past festivals or venues.
